Today's younger generation need to take a page from the generation of old.In days gone by,children spent quality time on outdoor play so there were fewer cases of diabetes found among them.Children would walk home from school and along the way picked whatever fruits were in season such as mangoes,nase berries,starapples to name a few; and so essential nutrients from these fruits were added to the body without any one being aware of it.Today's generation is caught up in an endless cycle of fast food and sedentary living-playing games on line instead of outside.Taking the bus or taxi to walking distance.Spend time clogging up the brain with long discussion on cell phones instead of meeting and greeting each other naturally.It seem its a cycle of self destruction.

Sleep,eat right and exercise daily are the keys to healthy living.
